All items purchased on our site are guaranteed free from manufacturing faults for the duration of 12 (twelve) months. This covers only for defects with the function of the product or timepiece.

If a blemish or manufacturing defect is noticed upon receipt of your item, you have up to 10 days from date of receipt to contact us and return the item for an exchange.

All returns and exchanges shipping costs are borned by the customer, the replacement shipment will be shipped out at our site's expense.

If a product is being returned, it must be in the original condition that it was received in, in the original packaging and without any signs of wear -- used products cannot be exchanged for new.

Please bear in mind that a timepiece though made to be resistant from the elements, does require proper care as well. Improper usage of the timepiece can lead to voiding of its warranty.
